The Homers for Hope Yankees -- an amateur men's team and nonprofit organization -- will play the Montco Phillies at Hanusey Park on May 16.

The game dubbed "Rally for Reagan" will benefit Rutenberg family, of Doylestown. Click here for details.

Shari Rutenberg is a single mom of four and has spent the last decade making trips to CHOP for her oldest son, James, who has diabetes.

On Jan. 6, Shari visited the hospital once again -- this time, for daughter Reagan, 9.

Reagan underwent emergency testing and was subsequently diagnosed with leukemia. She had emergency brain surgery and started chemo immediately.

More than $23,100 had been raised for Reagan and her mom on a GoFundMe page as of Thursday morning.

In caring for her children, Shari had no choice but to leave her job -- eliminating income for 6 to 8 months, according to Homers for Hope, who started a campaign for the family, too.

This weekend's game will begin at 10 a.m., with ceremonies slated to start at 9:45 a.m. Station Tap House in Doylestown will host a donation and dinner after the game.

Reagan will be presented with an official jersey, a ceremonial first pitch, and an unveiling of how much money has been raised to help support her family.
